A Detailed Look at the Old Millstone Landing Subdivision in Sneads Ferry, NC Old Millstone Landing is a
small waterfront community located on Mill Creek. It is comprised
of 27 lots both on and off the creek. Just recently H & H
Homes out of Fayetteville, NC has come in and taken over the
neighborhood. They currently have 7 homes under construction and
from the looks of things it seems as if the neighborhood will be built
out fairly quickly. H & H is building plans from their
Patriot Series of homeplans that features larger homes with frontloaded
garages and a lot of square footage, (homes range from 2,500 to 3,500
square ft.) Pricing is going to depend on the model you select
and the location in the neighborhood, there is a premium for building
on the creek.
