A Detailed Look at Mimosa Bay Mimosa
Bay is Sneads
Ferry's newest waterfront community. Originally Developed in
2005
it originally saw outstanding success as a waterfront community.
Over 100 lots have been sold in Mimosa Bay since it's release
and
there are currently 10 homes built in the neighborhood.
Recently
H&H Homes based out of Fayetteville, NC has purchased lots in
the
neighborhood and is building home from thier American Dream Series with
home sizes ranging from 2,500 to 3,500 sq.ft. These homes are
decent quality from a production builder and are priced from $256,900
to over $300k. The
community has it's clubhouse and tennis courts completed and the gated
entrance is scheduled to be installed later this summer.
Mimosa
Bay also has it's own private boatramp and daydock giving residents
access the Intra Coastal Waterway and beyond.
